By accessing or using the AdRood website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services.

2 User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• One person may not maintain more than one active account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3 Listing Guidelines

When posting listings on AdRood, you agree to:

• Post accurate descriptions and genuine photos of items
• Set fair and reasonable prices
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Not post prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.)
• Not post spam, duplicate listings, or misleading content

5 Fees and Payments

Basic listings on AdRood are free. Premium features, promoted listings, and certain add-ons may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on AdRood are the property of AdRood or its licensors. By posting content, you grant AdRood a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

7 Limitation of Liability

AdRood is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Users transact at their own risk. AdRood shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
