Creating an account is easy! Click the "Register" button at the top right of the page. Fill in your name, email address, phone number, and create a password. You will receive a verification code to confirm your account. Once verified, you can start posting ads immediately.
After logging in, click "Post Ad" button. Select the appropriate category for your item, fill in the title, description, price, and location. Upload clear photos of your item (up to 10 images). Review your ad and submit it. Your ad will be reviewed and published within a few hours.
Yes! Basic ad posting is completely free on AdRood. You can post ads, communicate with buyers, and manage your listings at no cost. We also offer premium packages with additional features like featured listings, bump-ups, and priority placement to help your ads get more visibility.
Go to your Dashboard and click on "My Listings". Find the ad you want to modify and click the "Edit" button to make changes. To delete an ad, click the "Delete" button. You can also mark your item as "Sold" once the transaction is complete to help other users know it is no longer available.
When viewing an ad, you will see the seller contact options. You can send a message through our secure messaging system by clicking "Send Message". This keeps your personal information private until you are ready to share it. You can also see the seller phone number if they have made it visible.
Standard ads remain active for 30 days. Premium members get extended listing durations up to 90 days. Before your ad expires, you will receive a notification giving you the option to renew it. You can also manually renew or bump your ad from your dashboard at any time.
We take safety seriously. All ads are reviewed before publishing, and we have systems to detect and remove fraudulent listings. We recommend meeting in public places, inspecting items before payment, and using cash on delivery. Check our "Stay Safe" page for more safety tips.
Ads may be rejected for several reasons: prohibited items (weapons, illegal goods, counterfeit items), misleading information, poor image quality, incorrect category selection, or violation of our terms of service. You will receive an email explaining the reason. Fix the issues and resubmit your ad.
Premium packages offer enhanced visibility for your ads. Benefits include: featured placement on the homepage, priority in search results, "Urgent" and "Spotlight" badges, more photos per listing, longer ad duration, and removal of watermarks. Choose from Premium or Premium+ packages based on your needs.
If you encounter a suspicious ad or user, click the "Report" button on the listing page. Select the reason for reporting and provide details. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action. You can also contact us directly at support@adrood.com.
